In this course, we will be running a role-playing game in a setting much like “The Lord of the Rings,” where there are elves, dragons, wizards, and many other fantastical elements. We start by creating characters that each player can customize to their liking before being launched into a world of quests and conflicts. Using the various skills of their characters, they must work together to not only tell the story but also to defeat the monsters lying within the story. Through this method, players will build their skills in collaborative storytelling, teamwork, communication, tactical strategy, and creative problem-solving. Highly recommended for fantasy readers, aspiring writers, and lovers of strategy games.
